Project Incorporate

United States Citizens Incorporated is a movement to create a corporate entity, now empowered with both human and super human abilities and rights as per  a ruling by the Supreme Court of the United States, to compete with all other corporate “citizens”. This initiative will grant citizens not already represented by private corporate persons the ability to join together to form their own “representative” corporate entity.

We will examine the tax advantages, off shore options, indefinite lifespan, liability limitations, group health insurance policy negotiations and any and all other benefits and pitfalls involved in the formation of what could be the United States largest and most powerful corporation:

Why Not a Union?

Decades of anti labor propaganda has turned Americans away from unionization and bolstered the false premise that corporations in America represent a ‘free market” system; that freedom means the abolition of unionization and the promotion of corporate power. Rather than compete with this anti labor propaganda and its entrenched ideology USCI will meet corporate power on its own terms.

The ruling of the Supreme Court imparts person-hood to corporations and somehow side steps the enormous differences between union organization and representation versus corporate hierarchy and the top down power of the corporate executives.

Within USCI we will utilize the share holder’s position as one closer to that of a union member. The inference in the ruling is that a corporation is a person  therefore USCI will allow ALL of its members to vote and be involved in the decision making process and our hierarchy will be tailored to serve the share holders not the CEO.

As stated, the details of this endeavor are in process and it can be more accurately considered a project rather than a finished product or concept. We seek your input and look forward to accomplishing much for the citizens of these United States. Citizens that we feel are being marginalized and rail roaded and most certainly not represented by our government.

Who Can Join

This is an offer to all who are eligible to become participants as specified by current US law. The details of this corporate structure are as yet to be determined. This corporation will fulfill any and all legal requirements as set forth in current law regarding the creation of a corporate entity.
